We proactively identify and manage risks across the entire spectrum of the deal including service descriptions, performance management and pricing, not just those areas traditionally associated with the legal function.
We handle business critical procurement transactions, with a particular focus on technology and telecommunications procurement. Our first-hand experience of technology procurement across the world enables us to incorporate international best practice in our work.
Our expertise spans the whole procurement lifecycle, from the design of procurement strategies and sourcing models and RFP preparation, to supplier proposal review, down-select and contract negotiation, and further to ongoing contract management and governance.
We advise on business transformation programmes, including ERP procurement and implementation. We are highly experienced in dealing with complex, business-critical projects.
We know that business transformation is as much about organisational change as it is about the technology that enables that change.
